Indian Amethyst is found in several states across India, including Rajasthan and Orissa. It tends to have a lighter, more lavender-purple color compared to the deeper purple of Brazilian Amethyst, and often has a more translucent quality. Both varieties share the same metaphysical properties, with subtle energetic differences that practitioners often notice.
