Amazonite is a stone whose colour can vary from a seafoam green to a striking teal blue. It rules the throat chakra and encourages us to always — in ALL WAYS — speak the truth. It is the flow that we move with through this plane as it balances the physical world we live and walk in with the spiritual world we know we are connected to.
It connects heart chakra energy to the throat chakra so that the truth we speak comes from "the bottom of our heart." This helps us to maintain clear and honest communication in all that we do. Amazonite helps us to flow through the stressors of our everyday lives so that we may walk our path with grace and ease, even when the road is rough — which makes it a good ally for the workplace as well, where communication issues and stressors can often arise. About the Stone
Amazonite is a cousin of the Feldspar family, making it kin to Labradorite and Moonstone — each a separate stone with its own teaching. Its purest and most valuable pieces are matte, an almost teal blue with no inclusions.
Care
Water-safe for brief contact; rinse and dry rather than soaking, and keep it from knocks.
