Angel Aura is Clear Quartz bonded with platinum and silver. The metal is heated in a vacuum chamber until it becomes a gas and bonds to the quartz — not a coating but a molecular bond, and this affects its energy. Sacred Crystals works with Angel Aura for angelic connection, and as with every aura stone, the energy is in the gazing: the rainbow sheen is the point, not decoration.
Beneath the sheen it is still Clear Quartz — known by many as The Master Healer or The Master Crystal, because it is a component of so many other crystals and because its energy will amplify the energy of any other stone it assists you with. It will also amplify your thoughts, intentions and prayers. Its clarity will aid you in seeing clearly and provide a clear connection to spirit; it is a stone of the crown chakra, and it also connects to the chakras above the crown — the soul star and the stellar gateway.

About the Stone
The colours are structural, not pigment — thin-film interference, the same physics as oil on water. Platinum and silver are inert metals. Aqua Aura (gold), Rose Aura (platinum on rose quartz) and Titanium Aura are cousins made the same way, each with its own teaching.
Care
The bonded layer is microscopically thin: wipe it with a soft dry cloth only — never abrasives, scrubbing, ultrasonic cleaners, salt or prolonged soaking — and don't store it loose with other stones. Handle a point by the base and avoid heat and sudden temperature change. It will last indefinitely if it is never scrubbed. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight.
