Roll the bracelet on and off over your hand rather than pulling the cord, and take it off for showers, swimming and sleep — stretch cord lasts years when it stays dry. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight. Hematite is iron, and iron rusts — keep it dry and never soak it, and dry it promptly if it gets wet.
