Celestite is an ice-blue crystal often found in geodes — however, the geodes are held together by a clay matrix, so do not get them wet. It is a goddess crystal that supports the release of circling thoughts, and it has a gentle, calming energy — a calming companion through stress and anxious periods — that brings in harmony and balance.

It is an uplifting crystal, helping its crystal partners to see a brighter future. It bridges a connection to the Angelic Realm, and is extremely useful in meditation when one wants to connect to divine source.

About the Stone

Celestite is strontium sulfate, and the pale sky-blue crystals almost always come out of geodes — the great majority from Madagascar. Angelite is a different mineral with its own teaching, though the Book records a felt kinship between them.

Care

Do not get it wet: the geode is held together by a clay matrix and water breaks it down. Keep it out of strong sun, which fades the blue, and dust it with a soft brush. Cleanse it with a smudge or moonlight, never water.
